FIELD HOCKEY I & II
Take to the field for a week of introductory field hockey! Through individual and group instruction, players will gain confidence and learn fundamentals alongside their friends. The primary focus of Junior Field Hockey camp is to encourage participation and good sportsmanship through fun drills, scrimmages and casual play. Girls of all ages will get an early "leg-up" as they exercise, explore a fun team sport, and consider joining a school or club team with their field hockey friends in the future!

No experience necessary. Shin guards are required for this program.

Sticks and balls are provided at camp, but participants may also purchase their own equipment package to keep if registered before July 16th. Equipment packages include shin guards, mouth guard, ball and stick. Package can be added to your registration during check-out.

FIELD HOCKEY III
Once players have learned the basics through field hockey camp or competitive team play, they're ready to polish skills and dig deeper into sport-specific fitness. This week-long program will have seasoned players getting back into the field hockey mindset to prepare for their upcoming season with school teams. The coaching staff, all with collegiate level experience, provide position-specific instruction to refine offense, defense or goal keeping skills through dynamic drills. Conditioning, stickwork, footwork and game situation exercises throughout the week will culminate with a scrimmage on Saturday, August 7, from 10:00-11:30AM. All players receive a reversible practice jersey with enrollment.

For Field Hockey III, shin guards and mouth guards are required. Some sticks are available for use at camp, but participants are encouraged to bring their own or purchase an equipment package during registration. Equipment packages for Field Hockey III must be ordered by July 16th and include stick, ball, shin guards and mouth guard.

Goalies must bring their own equipment, including helmet, neck guard, chest protector, shorts, leg guards, kickers and gloves/blockers - Ask your coach if you can borrow your school's set!
