Camp Memphremagog Youth Day Camp - Camp Memphremagog Day Camp
TO REGISTER: If your family hasn't registered with us before, you'll first need to create a household account here. Space is limited for all programs and sign-ups are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis with priority given to households registering two or more children. Registrations received after the Friday, June 9th deadline are subject to a $50 late fee. Due to the popularity of these programs, we are unable to "hold" spaces by phone, Facebook or email.PAYMENT: Payment is required in full at time of registration unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance, before May 23. Card transactions include a 3% convenience fee from the processing company applied at check-out.Cash or check payments can be submitted using the drop box next to the Police Department dispatch window in the entryway of the Newport Municipal building. Checks can be made payable to Newport Parks & Recreation.PAYMENT PLANS: Request for payment plans must be submitted by Friday, May 23. After May 23, payment plans are not available and programs must be paid in full at time of registration. To request a payment plan, email recdirector@newportrecreation.org or call (802)334-6345.A NOTE TO PARENTS: We make every effort to give your child a fantastic camp experience. Parents can help by letting us know about specific behavioral, health-related or emotional needs your child may have. If your child takes medication or has special arrangements at school, please speak with us prior to registration.ENROLLMENT CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Any changes to enrollment must be submitted at least one week prior to the program start date to be eligible for 50% refund. In many cases, a 100% refund can be issued in the event that the spot is filled by another participant. Campers removed from any program due to disciplinary issues are not eligible for a refund or credit.AFTER REGISTRATION: Once you've completed online registration, you'll receive an email receipt.
